A Coach is a powerful tool that an individual can use when navigating that rocky road called Life. Simply put an individual who wants to:


  1. Move forward in their life; or
  2. Move towards a goal; or
  3. Finds that their present circumstances or emotions are stopping them from moving forward

can benefit from having a Coach. Coaching is a structured method to help individuals find out where they want to head and help them get there. In the coaching environment you can be sure of confidentiality and therefore be enabled to be deeply honest with yourself and your Coach.

Without being judged or criticized, you will be led to an awareness of that which is blocking your path to achievement of your goals - negative emotions and limiting beliefs and feelings that you may be afraid to admit to yourself or speak about to anyone else in your life. Once there is awareness, those emotions and beliefs can be eradicated so that the path to success is clear for you.

You can plan, step by step, the manner in which you will approach a goal and use your Coach every step of the way when successes, doubts or problems occur. A Coach will be a sounding board, a shoulder to cry on and someone with whom a Client can share successes and joys. More importantly, your Coach will keep you accountable and on track so that your goal is always kept in view by gently moving you out of your comfort zone and managing all the emotions that surface when doing so. Your Coach will be your partner in any journey you are taking.

Educated in the area of Positive Psychology, and Board Certified as a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) and Hypnotherapy (CHt), Anita’s coaching focuses on an individual’s strengths and how those strengths can be used to successfully move that individual towards attainment of a particular goal or goals. As the Coach, she enters the Client’s model of the world and encourages the Client to create goals based on their own most sacred values and perspective. She assists in determining what those values are and the most effective steps the Client must take to attain the desired goals. The Client will benefit from Anita’s use of Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy so that the Client does not have to go back to old, perhaps childhood pains and sorrows. The stories of past hurt and pain are not the focus. The focus is on the damage left – the negative emotions and limiting beliefs. This is a much more gentle process for the Client and a much quicker one as well. Once the Client has broken free of these negative emotions and limiting beliefs, the path is clear to follow their desires and wishes.
